1. Scope

This notice covers the Orbitrain public marketing site and the private-preview apprenticeship experience. It should be read with the current terms.

2. Data involved

Public site

Basic request and security information may be processed to serve and protect the site. The public Room keeps its current state in this browser session. Marketing telemetry is off, and the response text is not sent in an analytics event or product handoff.

Apprenticeship

When you enter the private preview, the service may process account details, the context you choose to share, attempts, mentor interactions, evidence states, and diagnostics needed to deliver the experience.

Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or third-party confidential information unless the product explicitly supports that use.

3. Provider boundaries

Orbitrain relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, error monitoring, and selected product infrastructure. Providers should receive only the data required for their role and are governed by their own processing terms.

The public microphone demonstration uses a scripted browser prototype. It does not upload audio. Text entered in that demonstration remains in the browser session until completion or reset.

4. Current controls

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting privacy@orbitrain.com. Requests are handled during the private preview; this notice does not represent automated export or deletion as verified end to end.

GDPR rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port personal data, plus the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

CCPA rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale. Orbitrain does not sell personal information.

5. Retention and changes

Information is kept only for as long as needed to operate the service, protect it, meet legal obligations, and preserve legitimate learning evidence. Specific retention periods are published in the retention policy. Cookie usage is described in the cookie policy. Data processing terms are in the data processing agreement.

This notice may change as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
