Keep data only for a stated purpose.
This preview notice separates the ephemeral public experience from data used to operate the private apprenticeship.
1. Principle
Data should remain only while it serves the apprenticeship, protects the service, responds to a request, or meets a legal obligation. Exact production retention periods require operational and legal verification before paid launch.
2. Public Room
The public Room stores the current illustrative attempt in browser session storage so it can survive a reload. It is not sent into the private product. Closing the session or clearing site data removes that local state.
3. Private product
Account data, attempts, evidence, and service-security records may be retained while needed to provide and protect the preview. Learning evidence must retain its provenance and assistance context for as long as it forms part of a Record.
4. Access, export, and deletion requests
During the private preview, request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting privacy@orbitrain.com. Requests may be handled case by case. Automated completion is not represented as verified.
5. Changes
Verified retention periods and operational controls will be published with a new effective date when they are ready to support a public offer.
